Service Description

This is a 3 part on-boarding to get you up to speed quickly, add one insurance credentialing, and 90 minutes of on-boarding across 3 sessions - ensuring you get all your questions answered. In our first session we will go over the whole process and submit you first claims (if you have any waiting), next sessions will be your turn to submit files to dropbox with a bit less assistance and answers to all you questions. Last session will be to tour the dashboard capabilities, answering more questions, talk about any challenges or previously declined claims or soft collections you would like us to handle, and most importantly get to know what is important to you.
